My name is Will Swygart but my friends and family call me Tater. I was born on a small farm in Pendleton, OR in 1978. I have been blessed with two amazing parents along with a great sister and brother. Pendleton was where I may have been born but I came home when my family moved to Nampa, ID in 1983. I went kindergarten through high school graduation in the Vallivue School District. I am very proud and thankful for this. GO FALCONS!!
Through the years I have learned a lot about service, commitment, sacrifice, hard work and patience through various jobs. I soon became a real estate agent for Re/Max. I have loved every job I have ever had but helping people with their dream homes is where I found my calling in life. Being a real estate agent is not a job. It's an honor and a privilege. I was able to learn the ins and outs of real estate over 6 years. In 2008-2009 when our economy took a turn for the worse I made a change. I went to work for Wells Fargo for 7 years and was able to gain experience in 4 different departments. To say I learned a lot and met many great people is an understatement. The experience is one that changed my life for the better. Knowing that real estate is my passion I came back to the industry in April of '16. The day before my birthday my real estate license was renewed. What a gift that was!! I am so very grateful to be back doing what I love.
Outside of work you can find me anywhere my family and friends are. Camping, playing softball or watching my nephew’s play baseball. Life is a gift and I want to live it to its fullest whether I am working or playing. As my great Uncle Bryan Musgrove liked to say "I like to work hard & play hard". If I can ever help you, your family or friends with ANY real estate needs please let me know. It would be as I said, an honor and a privilege, for me to help you achieve your real estate dre
Hi my name is Laurissia Soesbe, I was born in Nampa, Idaho in 1991. I grew up in Canyon County. I have two great parents and two older brothers. I went thru the Vallivue School District from start to finish. I quickly decided that I wanted to finish high school in 3 years instead of the normal 4. I graduated a year early as a Junior and went out and lived!
I did some exploring after high school and found myself living in Nevada, and Utah. While living in Utah I graduated from Provo College with my Associates in Criminal Justice. I learned a lot about life while I was there and realized that the right place for me was Idaho. I moved back to the Treasure Valley in 2017. I am glad to be back in Idaho with my friends and family. I now have an amazing husband and 2 beautiful babies that I would do anything in the world for!
I have recently joined the Real Estate community and absolutely love it. I love seeing the smile on people's faces when they get the keys to their new home. I like to treat people as friends not a transaction. If you need anything at all from us we are here to help. Come see us over here at The Swygart Realty Group.
My name is Garrett Good and I am a licensed real estate agent in the state of Idaho. I was born in central California in the early 80's and my family managed citrus farms in the Central Valley. I went to high school in the small town of Smithfield, Utah. After graduating in 2003, I enlisted in the United States Army where I served as an Infantryman for four years. While in the military I gained the skills necessary to see things through. This trait has benefited me greatly as a real estate professional. After completing a year long deployment in Sadr City, Iraq I was honorably discharged from the military to pursue my bachelors degree at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. I enjoyed playing college baseball there as well. In college, I majored in Elementary Education but later decided to pursue a career in real estate as I have always enjoyed being outside on the go. In addition, to being a licensed real estate professional, I am also a licensed contractor in the state of Idaho with nearly fifteen years experience in all aspects of the construction trade. I am married to my beautiful wife Treci and together we have two teenage daughters and a feisty six year old going on sixteen. My family is my whole world and together we enjoy spending time together camping, fishing, hiking, and riding our ATV's. In my spare time I enjoy playing softball with good friends. This business has taught me a lot about life. I have seen the good, the bad, and on occasion the outright difficult aspects of life. Through these experiences I have gained new insights into life as well as adapted to our ever changing industry. Together with my good friend Will Swygart, Michaeala Ailshie, and Laurissia Soesbe we are The Swygart Realty Group. A full service real estate team comprised of experts in all aspects of the real estate industry. We look forward to earning your business for life.
