Attitude of gratitude.
This sums up our mission statement as a team. We are honored, blessed & thankful that our clients, friends & family choose to do business with us. We love what we do & we want to show you how passionate we are about real estate & helping YOU ACHIEVER YOUR REAL ESTATE DREAMS!
My name is Will Swygart but my friends and family call me Tater. I was born on a small farm in Pendleton, OR in 1978. I have been blessed with two amazing parents along with a great sister and brother. Pendleton was where I may have been born but I came home when my family moved to Nampa, ID in 1983. I went kindergarten through high school graduation in the Vallivue School District. I am very proud and thankful for this. GO FALCONS!!
Through the years I have learned a lot about service, commitment, sacrifice, hard work and patience through various jobs. I soon became a real estate agent for Re/Max. I have loved every job I have ever had but helping people with their dream homes is where I found my calling in life. Being a real estate agent is not a job. It's an honor and a privilege. I was able to learn the ins and outs of real estate over 6 years. In 2008-2009 when our economy took a turn for the worse I made a change. I went to work for Wells Fargo for 7 years and was able to gain experience in 4 different departments. To say I learned a lot and met many great people is an understatement. The experience is one that changed my life for the better. Knowing that real estate is my passion I came back to the industry in April of '16. The day before my birthday my real estate license was renewed. What a gift that was!! I am so very grateful to be back doing what I love.
Outside of work you can find me anywhere my family and friends are. Camping, playing softball, watching my nephew’s play baseball, or at my niece's dance recital. Life is a gift and I want to live it to its fullest whether I am working or playing. As my great Uncle Bryan Musgrove liked to say "I like to work hard & play hard". If I can ever help you, your family or friends with ANY real estate needs please let me know. It would be as I said, an honor and a privilege, for me to help you achieve your real estate dreams.

Val has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. Her first seven years in the industry were spent in the Magic Valley working with developers in subdivision marketing and lot sales, representing builders and specializing in new construction. Val's background in public relations, human resources and business management propelled her as she recruited agents for her affiliated brokerage and assisted in their expansion to open an office in a new market center in her hometown.
Val made her way to the Treasure Valley and began working as a Transaction Coordinator with the vision to offer solutions and connect agents to resources to help them leverage their time and grow successful businesses while utilizing her strengths of building efficient systems and contract compliance. Serving as a liaison between all parties in a transaction to see deals through to a successful closing is of great reward to her.
When she's not expanding her thrift store wardrobe or restyling furniture, you can find Val and her family experiencing all of the awesomeness that Boise has to offer; hiking, boating, and festivals. Val's sweetheart Gabe, is in the construction industry and together they have five children that they enjoy traveling and adventuring with.

Hailey has assisted in closing over 600 transactions. We are lucky to have her on our team! Hailey has volunteered with the American Red Cross and has enjoyed time volunteering with hospice patients. She loves to spend time on the golf course, reading and going camping. She is a PADI certified scuba diver and is a mermaid at heart. Hailey married her husband Tyler in 2017.
